Please review our cancellation, no-show, gift card, return, and payment policies before booking your appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your service.
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved service.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service total.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
  • To preserve a calm environment, please keep phones silenced during your visit.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are refundable within 30 days to the original purchaser only.
  • Approved gift card refunds include a 6% administrative fee.
  • Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Product Returns

  • All product purchases are non-refundable due to hygiene and quality standards.
  • Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days in original, unused packaging.
  • All exchanges are subject to product condition and approval.

Payment methods accepted: cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted.
